For the first time in weeks, the Bhim Nation Boss, Stonebwoy has responded to the diss song recorded for him by his label mate, Kumi Guitar.
At the peak of the Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale and Zylofon fracas, Kumi Guitar joined the fray by releasing a diss song title “Gyae” which he called Stonebwoy Greedy, unappreciative and all sort of denigrating names.
He later came to state that the song was not a diss song but just an advice for Stonebwoy, But in an interview yesterday on Hitz FM, Stonebwoy said he was compelled to listen to the song after he kept hearing people say it was directed at him.
Stonebwoy revealed that when he met Kumi Guitar at the 3Music Awards, he told him his spoke about it with him and warned him to stay of such thing because it’s not good for him. According to the Bhim Nation President, you can’t diss him and pretend all is well when you meet him. He added he did not take it as a joke when he heard the diss song.
“We met at the 3music awards when he came to say hi to me and I made him know that you don’t get yourself involved in stuff like this. You may be older than I am but you don’t have to do that because you don’t know whatever it is and you can’t just come in from your own angle.
“You’ve calculated the benefits you will gain from it but don’t take it as a joke because it is not to me. So after everything you come and stand in front of me trying to vibe me with, masa we are not going to allow that thing,” Stonebwoy added.
The beef which was so bloody that even gunshots were fired started when Stonebwoy released a song titled “Dirty Enemies” featuring Ghana Black Stars Captain Asamoah Gyan aka Baby Jet which many concluded was directed at his arch-enemy, Shatta Wale.
Shatta Wale replied with “Shito” which didn’t do so well but it led to a bigger beef between Zylofon Media and Shatta Wale on one side and Stonebwoy and his Bhim Nation team on the other side.
