VGMA 2020: Kofi Kinaata Sets Record By Winning Songwriter For The 3rd Time

Ghanaian high life singer Kofi Kinaata has won songwriter of the year at the 2020 Vodafone Music Awards.

Kofi Kinaata won this category with his mind-blowing song dubbed “Things Fall Apart” which made history repeat itself again in the life of the singer.

Kofi Kinaata has won the same category 3 times. He however rejoiced in making history for the third time in his musical career.

Following a post expressing his joy and happiness, he wrote on his Facebook wall that; “First time in the history of the VGMAs! An artist has won this Songwriter award for the 3rd time. Thanks be to God! Thanks to my fans worldwide”

He however thanks all and sundry who voted for him to make this history a success.
