Don’t take VGMA serious – Maame Serwaa

The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) as usual after every climax comes with lots of criticisms and this year’s edition is not exceptional.

Ghanaians have expressed their disappointment at some of the awards won by some ‘undeserving’ artistes particularly the ultimate award on the award scheme ‘Artiste of the year’.

Lynx Entertainment signee Kuami Eugene beat Sarkodie, Medikal, Kofi Kinaata, and Diana Hamilton to win the highly coveted artiste of the year award.

However, many have opined that the ‘Angela’ hitmaker did not deserve the award considering his performance in the year under review.

Some Ghanaians also suggested that Kofi Kinaata or Sarkodie deserved the ‘Artiste of the Year’.

Well, Kumawood actress Maame Serwaa has also added her voice to the just held Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
